健胃冲剂治疗湿热证慢性胃炎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察健胃冲剂治疗湿热证慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将入选的60例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组口服中药健胃冲剂及雷贝拉唑治疗,对照组口服雷贝拉唑,共4周。结果:治疗组总疗效(包括证候积分、胃镜、病理改变及综合疗效)为97.0%,对照组总疗效为66.7%,差异具有显著性。结论:健胃冲剂治疗湿热证慢性胃炎具有很好的疗效,其作用机制与该药具有消炎、保护胃黏膜、促进胃肠蠕动、根除幽门螺杆菌有关。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jianwei Granules in treating chronic gastritis of dampness-heat syndrome. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （30 patients） and control group （30 patients）. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine （Jianwei Granules） and raberazole, while the control group with raberazole only. The treatment course was 4 weeks. Results： The total efficacy （including the syndrome integral, the changes of gastroscope and pathology, and the comprehensive efficacy） of the treatment group and control group was 97.0%, 66. 7% respectively. There was significant difference in comprehensive efficacy. Conclusion： Jianwei Granules has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis of dampness-heat syndrome. The mechanism might be related to diminishing the inflammation, protecting the gastric mucosa, promoting the gastrointestinal motility and eradicating the Helicobacter pylori.
