摘  要:研究了桉木木片在不同温度下的高温预水解反应历程,探讨了预水解因子(P-因子)与预水解提取液中固形物、木糖、酸溶木素、糠醛、色度和pH值的关系。结果表明,提取液中固形物含量与木糖浓度随P-因子的变化趋势一致,随着反应时间的延长,木糖浓度先增加至最大值,后随保温时间的延长呈现下降趋势或者保持基本稳定。在升温阶段和保温初期,提取液的pH值下降较快,且相同P-因子下的pH值相近。pH值最低时的酸溶木素含量最高,pH值稳定时的酸溶木素含量也基本保持不变。随着P-因子的增大,糠醛含量增加,当P≤2120时,相同P-因子下提取液中的木糖浓度及糠醛浓度均相近。研究中还发现,不同温度下提取液的色度均在反应100min左右时达到最大值。The reaction course of high temperature prehydrolysis of eucalyptus chips was investigated in this study. The variation trend of solids content, concentration of xylose, acid soluble lignin, fufural and pH of the extraction liquor with different P-factors was discussed. Results indicated that the changing trend of solids content and xylose concentration are the same with increasing P-factor. With increasing time at the maximum temperature, the xylose concentration goes up first to the maximum and then falls down or remains stable with extended time. The liquor pH drops rapidly in the stage of time to the maximum temperature and the initial period of time at temperature. The pH value is similar for identical P-factors. The maximum acid soluble lignin content is found at the lowest pH. With the increase of P-factor, the furfural concentration in the extracting liquor goes up. Furthermore, when the P-factor is lower than 2120, the concentration of xylose and furfural both show similar results with the same prehydrolysis factor. The influence of reaction temperature and time on liquor color was also investigated and the maximum colourity was found at the reaction time of about 100 minutes independently of temperature.
