我国地方普通高等教育财政省际差异分析

摘　　要：当前我国教育财政的主要问题是投入上的不平衡。本文选取预算内教育经费占地方财政与地方GDP的比例、预算内事业费拨款与基建经费占预算内教育经费的比例、生均预算内教育支出占生均支出的比例等财政投入与支出指标,从经费总量、结构、生均支出三方面分析我国31个省(市)地方高等教育财政的区域差异,以期为各省级区域地方高等教育财政政策的调整与完善提供参考。when it comes to population and economic development level, the main problem of educational finance in China is the inequality of investment. From the view of total investment, funding structure and per student expenditure, this article selects budget expenditure on education accounted for the proportion of local finance and GDP, expenditure funding and infrastructure funding for the proportion of budget expenditure on education, per student budget expenditure on education for the proportion of per student expenditure on education and other indicator to research the inequality of local higher education finance in China, to give reference for the adjustment and improvement of fiscal policies for provincial local higher education.
