摘 要:目的用计算机控制检测研究年龄对视力时间阈值的影响。方法用pascal语言程序设计视标。视标的大小、显示程序和持续时间由计算机控制。受试者从距离显示器5m处看视标。采用阶梯法测试不同年龄受试者的视力时间阈值。结果检测到约为毫秒级的视力时间阈值。正常儿童组的视力时间阈值平均约为88.70msec,正常青年组的视力时间阈值平均约为27.90msec,正常中年组的视力时间阈值平均约为72.40msec。结论采用计算机控制,可以比较灵敏的检测出年龄对视力时间阈值的影响。对实验结果采用统计分析发现:儿童组的视力时间阈值最大,中年组居中,青年组最小。Objective To detect the effects of age on the time threshold of visual acuity. Methods The optotypes were programmed in pascal. The size, the program and the lasting time of the optotypes were controlled by a computer. The subjects looked at an optotype on the distance of 5 meters. The time threshold of visual acuity was detected with the staire- case method. Results Time threshold of visual acuity in normal children was about 88.70 msec, in normal youth group was about 27.90 msec, and in normal middle - aged group was about 72.40 msec. Conclnsions From the research results above, we can draw a conclusion that the time threshold of visual acuity is related to the age.
