制备组织石蜡切片琼脂预包埋法的应用性探讨

摘　　要：为了有效地解决小块组织和易碎裂组织在制备石蜡切片标本中的困难，探索了用于预包埋小块组织和易碎裂组织的琼脂浓度和方法，并用琼脂预包埋法制备的组织石蜡切片做了各种染色。结果表明，使用5％浓度的琼脂预包埋的琼脂块保持完整，且组织未丢失或碎裂。用琼脂预包埋法制备的石蜡切片应用于各种组织学染色的结果与常规的石蜡切片相同，只是组织周围的琼脂略微可见。To effectively solve difficulties of preparing section specimens for small tissues and fragile tissues, this article explores concentration of agar for pre-embedded small or fragile tissues and does a variety of staining with paraffin sections prepared by agar pre- embedded. The result shows that agar blocked by agar of 5% concentration pre-embedded mainrained integrity and had not loss or fragmentation. Results that staining of the paraffin sections is prepared by agar pre- embedded method are the same with the conventional paraffin sections, only agar around the tissue slightly is visible.
