摘　　要：概述了环境微生物学实验的现状，以及实施环境微生物学设计实验的目的和重要性，以1个设计实验为范例，探讨了环境微生物学自主设计实验的特点、实施方法和教学效果。This paper introduces the progress of experiment in environmental microbiology, the execution of the aim and the importance of design experiment in environmental microbiology. At the same time, this paper also uses one sample of design experiment to discuss the characteristic, executing method and teaching effects.
