摘　　要：关于进行实验室文化建设，首先要理解实验室文化的内涵并认识其特征和功能，其次要明确实验室文化建设的理念和进行精心策划，最后从各个方面论述了实验室文化建设中应注意的问题。The paper discusses the cultural construction of laboratory. Firstly, the connotations, identity and function should be understood. Secondly, it is necessary to clear the ideas of the cultural construction of laberatory and to plan its scheme carefully. Finally, some problems focused on the cultural construction of laboratory should be noted.
