摘 要:研究了以β-环糊精衍生物6-对甲基苯磺酰基-β-环糊精(6-OTS-β-CD)作为中间体对滤纸进行接枝,讨论了滤纸接枝条件和制备机理.考察了将接枝滤纸作为固体基质一些多环芳烃和含氮杂环化合物的室温磷光现象,实验发现7,8-苯并喹啉,芴,咔唑,苊等几种物质的室温磷光强度与未接枝的滤纸相比有了明显增强,检出限、灵敏度也有明显的提高.将接枝滤纸作为固相萃取膜,直接富集水溶液中的7,8-苯并喹啉,芴,咔唑,苊,对萃取后的滤纸基质进行室温磷光测定,检出限与萃取前相比有了很大的改进.将接枝后的滤纸直接用于环境水样中的四种分析物的分析,回收率在86%~103%,结果较为满意.β-cyclodextrin grafted filter paper were prepared with 6-O-monotosyl-deoxy-β-cyclodextrin, and the graft mechanism was discussed and the conditions for grafting process were optimized. The β-cyclodextrin grafted filter paper can be used as solid substrate and solid phase extraction (SPE) membrane for SPE-RTP (room temperature phosphorescence). The RTP behaviors of 12 organic compounds on the β- cyclodextrin substrate were examined. Results indicate that compared with non-grafted filter paper, the RTP intensities of 7, 8-benzoquinoline, fluorene, acenaphthene and carbazole were greatly increased on grafted filter paper. Used as SPE membrane, the grafted filter paper could selectively enrich 7,8-benzoquinoline, fluorene, acenaphthene and carbazole. After SPE, the limit of detection (LOD) was improved enormously. This method was applied to the determination of earbazole fluorene, acenaphthene and 7,8- benzoquinoline in tap water and river water samples with satisfactory result. The recoveries for the four compounds were in the range of 86%-103%.
