摘　　要：正常胃上皮细胞在癌变过程中获得侵袭和转移的表型特征，深入探寻转移性胃癌中分子遗传学机制能够增进对这一生物学过程的认识，获得针对肿瘤中特定遗传学改变的新的治疗靶点。Studies of molecular genetic changes in gastric carcinoma can improve understanding of biological process in which normal gastric epithelial cells transform into carcinoma cells with invasive and metastatic properties. Novel therapeutic strategies may be found during these studies, which target specific genetic changes in the tumors.
