摘  要:战争与竞争的同质性决定了兵法理论与经营理论可互为借鉴。吸取《孙子兵法》以整体思维见长的优势,借鉴西方管理理论,结合中国市场的实际特点,初步构建了兵法经营学理论体系。在企业经营中,借鉴"慎战、全利"思想,宗旨与愿景要体现"求全逐利、王霸天下"。借鉴"知胜"之道,战略决策要审时度势,校计索情,全面考虑影响决策的制约因素,充分获取相关信息,对信息进行有效分析。借鉴"治胜"之道,内部管理要"修道保法、积形蓄势",加强企业文化建设、制度建设、资源开发利用、核心竞争力构建。借鉴"致胜"之道,市场竞争要"不战而胜"超越竞争,"批亢捣虚,因利造势",争取经营的最终胜利。The homogeneity between war and competition determines that military theories and management theories can be mutually utilized. By means of absorbing the comprehensive thinking in Military Science of Sun Tzu , utilizing western management theories and combining Chinese practical marketing conditions, the system of military management science has initially been established, which presents that in business management, the thinking of "being cautious in war and overall advantages'should be utilized,that is, the mission and vision should embody "seeking overall advantages to conquer the world";the approach of "knowing the victory'should be utilized,that is, all the elements including time and situation should be considered in order to acquire enough relevant information and effectively analyze it when making military decisions;the approach of victory via management should be utilized, that is,"developing and maintaining the law and principles to make essential preparations"in inner management and strengthening enterprise culture construction, system construction, resource exploitation and construction of core competitiveness; the approach of"leading to victory"should be utilized, that is, "winning a victory without war"in business competition and"seizing the rivals ’ weak points and creating favorable situation"to obtain the final victory in management.
