摘　　要：《孙子兵法》自问世以来就被不断地阐释和研究,并被翻译成多国语言和文字,得以在世界范围内广泛流传,其蕴含的哲理奥义更是在许多领域启迪着人们思考,指导着人们实践。《孙子兵法》在商界的应用大致可分为三个时期:个别指导原则的应用初级阶段;理念与原则全方位应用的阶段;系统运用的现代阶段。在现阶段,《孙子兵法》的研究已经更全面、更深入、更系统,其应用不管是理论还是实践,都已经具备了丰实而深厚的基础准备,兵法经营的构建应该纳入孙子兵法研究的进程中来。Ever since Military Science of Sun Tzu comes into being, it has been continuously interpreted and studied. It has been translated into multitudes of languages and letters and widely spread all over the world. The philosophic theory and profound argumentation in Military Science of Sun Tzu have enlightened people in many fields and guided people to practice. The application of Military Science of Sun Tzu in business circles can be divid- ed into three periods,that is, initial application stage with individual guiding practice, overall application stage with concepts and principles and modern stage with systematic application. In present stage, the study of Military Science of Sun Tzu has been more comprehensive,deeper and systematic. Either the theoretical application or practical application has profound and rich foundation, and the construction of military operation should be brought into the study of military science of Sun Tzu.
