摘 要:兵法经营是指利用兵法理念、方法指导经济管理与商业竞争。中国自古就有利用兵法营商而取胜的例子,近现代西方兵法经营无论实践还是理论都已蔚为大观。兵法用于经营指导最典型的有"悟道"、"治众"、"五德"、"庙算"、"全胜"、"利动"、"先知"、"胜战"、"造势"、"权变"等法则。但兵法毕竟不同于商争,因此,借鉴兵法指导经营不能生搬硬套,而要融会贯通,灵活运用。Military operation refers to applying military concepts and approaches to guide economic management and business competition. There have been cases of applying military to business from ancient times in China and either the practice or the theory of modern western military operation has been magnificent. Some typical disciplines in military science are applied to operation guidance, such as"philosophy", "governing the people", "five moralities", "estimates","overall victory", "motivation from interests", "knowledge beforehand", "winning a battle", "building posture'and"contingency". However, military science is different from business competition. Therefore, military science is not supposed to be applied to guiding operation indiscriminately. Instead, military science should be blended into business operation and applied flexibly.
