摘　　要：兵法谋略融入经营管理是兵法经营的特色,如何对待由兵法谋略运用所带来的欺诈问题是兵法经营研究的焦点,必须立足社会竞争现实,承认兵法谋略内含的欺诈成分的客观存在,辩证认识和对待兵法经营中的欺诈问题,最终超越兵法经营的两难困境。Blending military stratagem into operation and management is the character of military operation. How to treat the knavery issues developed from the application of military stratagem is the focus of military operation research. Social competitive reality should be taken as the foundation, the fact that knavery components exist objectively in military stratagem should be admitted and the knavery issues in military operation should be recognized and treated dialectically. Hence,the dilemma in military operation will be surmounted.
