摘  要:为了研究点燃式天然气发动机燃烧系统的燃烧过程和缸内气体运动规律,应用CFD软件对一台点燃式天然气发动机的燃烧过程进行了多维模拟计算。通过计算得到了发动机缸内气体的流场、温度场及火焰传播等计算信息,并分析研究了压缩及燃烧过程中缸内气体的流动规律及温度分布规律以及湍动能对火焰传播的影响,为燃烧室的设计及燃烧过程性能优化提供了理论性指导。In order to study the combustion process and gas flow in cylinder of a spark-ignition CNG engine, the CFD software FIRE developed by AVL is adopted to simulate combustion process of a spark-ignition engine. With numerical simulation, some important information in the cylinder which could not be acquired in the experiment was obtained, such as the velocity, temperature fields and flame propagation. Furthermore, the characteristic of flow field and the temperature distribution in the cylinder were investigated in detail; on the other hand, the effect of turbulent kinetic energy on the flame propagation was analyzed in detail. The investigation about the information from numerical simulation gives some theory guidance for combustion chamber design and optimizing combustion performance.
