BAG-1蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与预后关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究BAG-1蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其与患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化的方法检测125例NSCLC术后石蜡标本中BAG-1蛋白的表达情况,随访后进行生存预后分析。同时选择10例肺炎性假瘤作对照组观察其表达情况。结果①BAG-1蛋白在NSCLC组织中存在高表达(阳性率为64.8%);②BAG-1蛋白表达水平与组织学分级相关,分级越差,其阳性表达率越高(P=0.031);③多因素Cox风险模型分析BAG-1是独立的预后因素;④BAG-1蛋白阳性患者具有生存优势(P=0.044),且BAG-1在胞浆中的表达具有更低的死亡风险(P=0.039),BAG-1蛋白表达阳性组患者的中位生存时间及5年生存率均高于阴性表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BAG-1蛋白是NSCLC独立的预后因素且其表达与预后相关,可能成为新型的临床预后指标。Objective To detect the correlation between the expression of BAG - 1 and prognostic significance in non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods The expression of BAG - 1 is measured by immunohistochemistry in paraffin sections of 125 NSCLC postoperative patients , then we analyze the existence and prognosis . At the same time, select 10 patients with pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor as control group to observe the expression. Results （ 1 ） BAG - 1 protein stands high expression in NSCLC （positive rate 64. 8% ）. （2） The expression levels of BAG - 1 correlates with cell splitting. The lower the splitting, the higher the rate of positive expression （P = 0. 031 ）. （3） Cox multifactors model analysis indicates that BAG - 1 acts as an independent prognostic factor in NSCLC. （4） Sufferers with BAG - 1 positive expression have the survival advantage （P =0. 044）. In addition, patients whose tumor exhibits cytoplasmic staining have a further reduction of the risk of death （P = 0. 039）. The median survival time and 5 - year survival rates in patients with positive BAG - 1 protein expression is higher than that in patients with negative BAG - 1 protein expression. The difference has a statistic significance （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions BAG - 1 is an independent prognostic factors and correlated with their expression and prognosis in NSCLC. It may become a new indicator of prognosis.
