摘  要:在微波作用下,以对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚、甲醛和脲为原料合成氨基磺酸系高效减水剂,通过单因素试验,优化了最佳合成条件。研究结果表明,与水热法相比,微波法合成氨基磺酸系高效减水剂明显缩短工艺时间,其中缩合反应时间仅为2.5h,整个过程不足3.5h;同时微波法合成的氨基磺酸系高效减水剂具有更佳的性能,减水剂掺量为0.5%时,砂浆减水率达26.8%,充分显示了微波作用在合成中氨基磺酸系高效减水剂中的优势。Aminosulfonic-based superplasticizer was synthesized with co-polycondensation of p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid,phenol, formaldehyde and ureaunder microwave-irradiation conditions.Optimum conditions were obtained by Mon-agent Experimentations.The time of reaction only lasted for 2.5 hours, which showed that microwave irradiation obviously shortens the time of the synthesis reaction.When 0.5% ASP from microwave irradiation was added, the water reduction rate was 26.8%.The experimental results showed that microwave irradiation had obvious ad- vantages over water-bath heating in the synthesis of superplasticizer.
