摘　　要：为进一步完善职称评聘工作中的有关细则和执行办法,本文根据图书馆界近年来,职称评聘工作中,名额、成果、贡献等一些实际问题,提出了在职称评聘中应该适当考虑评退问题的建议。For further completed hires in the work the related system and the operation means, this article according to the library recent years, hired in the work, decided the person, the achievement, the contribution and so on some actual problems, proposed in hiring should suitably consider hired to draw back the question the suggestion.
