摘　　要：目的研究Power PlexTM16体系罕见等位基因座FGA多态性。方法用短串联重复序列（shorttemdenrepeats，sm）和DNA序列分析技术进行FGA-13等位基因检测。结果经克隆和质粒序列分析，证实本案例中出现的罕见等位基因是FGA-13。结论FGA-13是一种超出该基因座分型标记物范围的罕见等位基因，且出现频率较低，这为DNA数据库的建立和提高基因座个体识别能力提供了重要的价值。Objective To identify a rare allele in the FGA locus in a Hainan Li ethnic family. Methods Short tandem repeat-PCR （STR-PCR） and DNA sequencing were used to detect the allele. Results A rare allele in the FGA locus was identified, h is FGA-13. Conclusion This finding enriched the gene polymorphism database, and may im- prove the ability of individual identification.
