摘  要:目的:研究脑卒中患者康复治疗前后前臂屈伸肌群表面肌电值(iEMG)与手功能评定的相关性。方法:检测30例脑卒中患者在综合康复治疗前及治疗4周后的双侧前臂肌群iEMG,并用Lindmark手功能评定方法评估手功能,进行比较分析。结果:治疗后患侧前臂屈伸肌群iEMG值和Lindmark手功能评分较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.01),治疗前患侧iEMG值与Lindmark手功能评分存在直线相关,但治疗后则无相关性。结论:综合康复治疗可促进急性脑卒中患者前臂屈伸肌群肌力及手功能的恢复;iEMG作为肌肉功能量化评定指标,可动态观察脑卒中患者手功能状态。Objective: To study the relation between integrated electromyogram(iEMG) of flexors and extensors of bilateral forearm and hand funtion evaluation in patients with stroke. Methods: The iEMG value of flexors and extensors of bilateral forearm and Lindmark hand function score of 30 patients with stroke were examined before the rehabilitation treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment, and were compared and analyzed. Results:The iEMG value of flexors and extensors and Lindmark score of injured side after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment(P〈0.01). And before the treatment, there was linear correlation between the iEMG values and Lindmark score. Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can improve the muscle strength and hand function of stroke patients, iEMG can be used as a quantitative test for muscle function evaluation.
