摘　　要：目的探讨三维质子磁共振波谱(MRS)对前列腺癌(PCa)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析MRS检查并经病理检查证实的PCa患者31例(PCa组)和良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者23例(BPH组)资料,测定两组MRS代谢图上的(胆碱+肌酸)/枸橼酸盐[(Cho+Cre)/Cit]值。结果PCa组和BPH组(Cho+Cre)/Cit值分别为(1.76±0.17)和(0.51±0.13)(P<0.05)。以(Cho+Cre)/Cit>0.99为诊断标准,诊断PCa的准确率为91.6%。结论前列腺MRS为无创检查方法,对确诊PCa有重要帮助。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy（MRS） on prostate cancer（PCa）.Methods The clincal data of 31 cases with PCa and 23 cases with benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH） were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnisis of all cases was proved by pathology.The metabolite map and（cho＋cre）/cit ratio were measured by MRS.Results The（cho＋cre）/cit ratio of PCa was significantly greater than that of BPH（1.76 0.17 vs.0.51 0.13）（P〈0.05）.The accuracy was 91.6% when（cho＋cre）/cit ratio of greater than 0.99 was taken as the diagnosis criterion for PCa.Conclusion MRS is a helpful non-invasive examination in the diagnosis of PCa.
