摘  要:中澳联合办学旨在培养满足国内外急需的独具华夏文化背景、外语沟通良好、职业素质技能强、团队协作精神佳、习于吃苦耐劳的中国特色的应用型国际旅游专门人才。文章通过中澳合作办学多年教学运行实践经验总结,分析中外合作办学教学管理国际化特点,阐述中澳合作教学模式特色,构建中澳合作教学运行模式。在此基础上,提出中澳合作教学运行模式创新。最后,总结出中澳联合办学教学经营今后急需研究和完善的相关问题。Sino-Australian Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (abbreviated as SAITH) aims at cultivating applicationbased international tourist talent with distinct Chinese characteristics, who has specific Chinese culture background, good communication ability in English, outstanding professional skills, good spiritual teamwork, enduring ability under hardship and challenges, to meet the need of China inside. Through years of teaching management practical experience in SAITH, this thesis analysis the internationalization characteristics of cross-boundary teaching management, states its own teaching management characteristics in SAITH, forms his own mode. Based on these above, it puts forward the innovative mode in the management of SAITH, and finally points out the problems concerned in the research and perfection imperatively for this program.
