摘 要:目的了解宁波市市级医院护理人力资源配置现状、护士对护理工作满意度,提出管理对策。方法对宁波市5家市级医院护理部及注册护士200人进行问卷调查。结果医院护理人力配置明显不足,护理人力资源的使用不科学;护士对自身社会地位及职业劳动力价值、职业防护条件等不满意。结论科学、合理地配置护理人力资源,是护理学科发展的关键;改善护士的职业环境、提高护士工作满意度,是保证护理学科发展的基础。Objective To study the present situation of nursing human resource allocation in city hospital of Ningbo and job satisfaction for nurses and find out management strategies. Method Investigate nursing departments of 5 city hospitals and 200 registered nurses by questionnaire. Result Nurse staffing in hospitals is obviously inadequate. Allocation and use of nursing human resource are unscientific. Nurses are not satisfied with their social position, occupational labor value and protection conditions. Conclusion Scientific and reasonable nursing human resource allocation is the key to the development of nursing profession. Improving nurses' occupational environment and job satisfaction are the basis of the development of nursing profession.
