摘  要:在考虑工件材料物理性能与温度的非线性关系情况下,采用三角形热源模型对一些典型的磨削工况进行了三维有限元仿真,获得了工件的温度分布。采用热电偶法测量了磨削温度,发现有限元仿真值与实验测量值相当吻合,仿真结果能够真实地反映工件的热状况。The physical properties of the workpiece material are considered to be non - linear according to the temperature in this paper. 3 D FEM simulations for some typical grinding conditions are carried out by using the triangle heat source model, and the distribution of workpiece's temperature field is obtained easily. The grinding temperature is measured by thermocouple method, and the simulation results are compared with those obtained from experimental measurements. A good agreement is found between the FEM results and experimental observations, so the simulation results show the workpiece's thermal conditions truly.
