摘　　要：提出了一种基于CAN总线软连接的嵌入式独立型运动控制器,并从硬件和软件结构两个方面对控制器进行了研究,充分利用了MPC5200丰富的硬件资源。而且通过Linux+RTAI的双内核实时系统的加载,使运动控制器具有良好的硬实时性、开放性和灵活性。最后给出了该运动控制器的一个应用实例。This paper introduces a new design of standalone motion controller based on CAN bus. The hardware and software structure of the controller is presented with the use of plentiful hardware resources of MPC5200. Furthermore, Linux ＋ RTAI is transplanted and integrated to this motion control system. These assure the system being open, flexible and hard real - time. Finally, an application of this motion controller has been performed.
