摘 要:建立了节流阀和调速阀两种进口节流调速系统数学模型,两种模型分别是7和12个变量的一阶非线性微分方程组。在应用Matlab2007a+Simulink对方程组仿真的基础上,分析了在外负载阶跃信号作用下,两种进口节流阀调速系统速度波动的成因及其动态特性。同时,讨论了液压泵输出流量、节流阀开口等变化对两种进口节流阀调速系统液压缸速度动态性能的影响程度,找到了提高进口节流阀调速系统动特性的途径,从而为合理选择、正确使用进口节流液压调速系统提供借鉴。Two mathematical models of meter-in throttling speed control systems with throttle and speed control valves were established, which are the first order non-linear differential equations with seven or twelve variables,. With the help of the Matlab2007a + Simulink software, the transient performances and causes for speed fluctuations of the meter-in throttling speed control systems under the action of step changes of loaded forces were analyzed. The effect of the parameters such as pump flow and the sizes of throttle valve orifices on the transient performances of the meter-in throttling speed control systems was discussed. The approaches to improve the transient performances were presented.
