摘 要:目的:研究大学生对朋辈咨询热线的认知情况及使用态度。方法:采用自编的朋辈咨询热线相关问题调查表,以完全随机路拦访问法对某工科院校本科生319名(男女比例201∶118,理工科专业79%,其他专业21%,年龄20±2岁)进行调查。结果:(1)学生对热线的知晓率为35.1%。知晓率有年级差异(P=0.020),除大二略低外,知晓率随年级基本呈上升趋势,大一到大四依次为32.0%、24.1%、40.8%、47.5%;女生知晓率高于男生(45.8%vs.28.9%,P=0.002)。(2)知晓的途径前3位依次为书签传单(22.2%)、BBS站点(21.4%)、同学介绍(20.5%)。不同年级(P<0.001)、不同性别(P<0.001)及不同生源地学生(P=0.021)的知晓途径不同。(3)学生对热线电话的使用率为2.5%,65.2%的学生能够肯定热线的作用,57.7%的学生在知道热线号码后愿意拨打,拨打热线的原因主要是在"周围没有人倾诉时"(49.8%),不拨打热线的原因为"不习惯这种方式"(59.2%)。(4)不同热线使用意愿学生对设置热线必要性的认识(P<0.001)、对热线作用的认识(P<0.001)、求助方式(P=0.007)及不拨打热线的原因(P<0.001)均有差异。结论:大学生能够认可朋辈咨询热线的作用,对热线的知效率、知晓途径存在年级、性别差异,对热线作用的认识影响热线使用意愿。Objective: To explore college students'views and attitude to peer counseling helpline. Methods: A total of 319 engineering college students [ 201 males and 118 females, 79% science and engineering majors, 21% other majors, average age (20 +2) ] were investigated with the peer counseling helpline related questionnaire by random street intercept interview. Results: ( 1 ) The awareness rate of helpline was 35.1% , for which there was difference in grades ( χ^2 = 9. 881, P = 0. 020 ) and genders ( χ^2 = 9. 329, P = 0. 002 ) . The awareness rate was increased with increasing grade ( the rate from freshman to senior were 32.0% , 24. 1% , 40. 8% , and 47. 5% respectively, the rate of females was higher than that of males ( 45.8% vs. 28.9% , P =0. 002 ) . ( 2 ) The main route they knew the helpline was handouts (22. 2% ) , BBS website (21.4%) and classmates (20. 5% ) ; the route they knew the helpline was different in gender ( P 〈 0. 001 ), grade ( P 〈 0. 001 ) and hometown ( P = 0. 021 ) . (3 ) The utilization rate of helpline was 2. 5% ; 65.2% of college students thought the helpline was useful and 57.7% of college students would like to use it after they knew the helpline number. The main reason for using helpline was " nobody to talk with " ( 49. 8% ) , while the main reason for not using helpline was " not familiar with this manner" ( 59. 2% ) . ( 4 ) The willingness to helpline use had significant differences in awareness to necessity of helpline (P 〈 0. 001) , attitude to effect of helpline ( P 〈 0. 001 ) , help-seeking style ( P = 0. 007 ) and reason for not using helpline ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion : Most college students can accept the usefulness of helpline. The rate and route of awareness to helpline have some differences in grade and gender, and the attitude to helpline could affect the willingness to use.
