摘　　要：本文研究开发了一个弧焊机器人焊接工艺专家系统．该系统实时性强、可靠性好，可以根据焊接初始条件制定合理的焊接工艺参数，实现焊接工艺的在线规划设计．An expert system of welding procedure online plan for arc welding robot has been developed in this paper.Its realtime performance is high and its reliability is good.It can design rational welding parameters according to the welding initial condition,and online plan of welding procedure can be realized.
