摘　　要：本文作者结合工作实践,介绍了军区卫生工作绩效评体系实施方法和应用成效,重点阐述了评价体系的基本架构、评价指标的筛选方法和评价结果的影响因素,分析了绩效评价体系建立的关键环节。The implementation methods and effects were introduced of evaluation system for health work performance in Beijing Military Area Command. The basic constructions, the choice method of index and influence factors for the evaluation result were elaborated, and then the key were analyzed of the establishment of the system.
