摘 要:目的探讨应聘者心理素质特点及情商与事业成就的关系。方法通过笔试的应聘者共103人,全部进行心理CT检查。其中通过面试者35人作为研究组,从未通过面试者中选取35人作为对照组。分析两组重要综合量表和事业预测量表各因子分的差异,以及情商与事业成就预测量表各因子的相关性。结果两组在领导能力、团队合作能力、社交能力、创造能力、独立性等有显著差异(P<0.05),在其它因子上则无显著差异。情商与智力效率、事业失败、适应不良、改变自己动力等因子有显著相关(P<0.05),与其它事业成功预测量表因子无显著相关。结论研究组的适应能力、社会能力、支持系统明显优于对照组,可较强地避免出现心理问题和事业失败。情商是事业成功的保障。Objective To explore the characteristics of psychological quality of interviewees and the relationship between emotional quotient(EQ) and career achievement. Methods 103 objects passed pen-test received psychological CT. 35 passed were as the study group, and the control group including 35 chose from those who not passed the interview. The differences between two groups on factor scores of the importent comprehensive scale and career prediction scale of psychological CT were compared. Also the correlation between EQ and factors of career achievement prediction scale were analyszed. Results There were significant dif ferences between two groups on factors of leading ability,cooperation ability,sociability, et al. (P〈0. 05) ;There were significant correlations between EQ and factors of intelligence efficiency,career failure,maladaption and motivation of changing self. (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The study group is better than the control group on adaptability,sociability and support system.so they car avoid psychological problems and career failures better. EQ is the guarantee of career success.
