摘　　要：剖析了科技企业孵化器集群的内涵,从生态位特征、成长性特征以及繁衍性特征等角度揭示了科技企业孵化器集群的进化特征,构建了有限理性条件下的科技企业孵化器集群的进化博弈模型,通过对模型均衡解的探讨得出了科技企业孵化器集群的形成机理。The paper, via the analysis of the essence of the incubator clusters for hi-tech businesses, reveals their evolutionary features in terms of their niche, growth and multiplication. Furthermore, it constructs an evolutionary game model of the incubator clusters under bounded rationality and generalizes their formation mechanism by exploring the equilibrium solution of the model.
