摘  要:为了消除2-TFT像素驱动电路中TFT阈值电压变化对OLED像素电流的影响,设计了基于多晶硅的4-TFT像素驱动电路。使用Hspice仿真软件,验证了在该电路中,流过OLED的电流与TFT管的阈值电压无关。同时,通过选择器件参数,保证在像素选通与非选通期间,都有近似恒定的电流流过OLED。Considering that in 2-TFT pixel driving circuit and the threshold voltage of thin-film-transistor (TFT) influences the current in OLED, 4-TFT pixel driving circuit based on polysilicon was designed. It verified that the current in OLED is unrelated with the threshold voltage of TFT in the circuit by Hspice simulation. In the meanwhile,the circuit guarantees that there is almost constant current in OLED by selecting proper device parameters,no matter whether the pixel is selected or not.
