摘 要:为预测柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放性能,针对1135非增压柴油机建立了准维燃烧模型;介绍了模型中各个子模型的建模方法,重点阐述了喷雾模型的建模原理;对比研究了不同空气卷吸持续期对柴油机性能预测结果的影响。仿真计算结果表明,以破碎期为界将同一时刻喷入缸内的燃油划分为液态和气态的假设是可取的,燃烧结束后没有新的空气卷入燃烧区,这种计算方法使模型能达到较好的预测精度,同时使仿真系统具有较高的运行实时性。In order to predict the diesel engine's performance, a quasi-dimensional combustion model was created based on 1135 non-supercharged diesel engine. The methods of modeling the submodels were expatiated especially on the principle of the spray submodel. The results of different period of air absorption against to its predicted performance were compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that it is feasible to divide the same oil into liquid stage and gas stage by its broken period and no fresh air is absorbed after combustion finished, by usingthis model, the prediction precision and the realtime character of this simulation system are both improved.
