摘  要:运用三维CFD软件,建立了生物柴油和柴油自由喷雾的计算模型,计算了两种燃料自由喷雾的贯穿距离和液滴的索特平均直径,模拟了喷雾的发展历程;利用高速摄影装置,拍摄了两种燃料自由喷雾历程的照片。对两种燃料的喷雾特性进行了比较分析,对喷雾特性差异的成因进行了探讨。研究结果表明:模拟计算与高速摄影试验结果基本一致;生物柴油喷雾的贯穿距离和索特平均直径均较柴油的大,喷雾锥角较柴油的小;燃料的密度、粘度和挥发性的差别是导致喷雾特性差异的主要因素。The free spray models of bio-diesel fuel and diesel fuel were developed by using three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. The distance of fuel jet penetration and sauter mean diameter (SMD) of both fuel spray were computed. The atomization progress of fuel jet was simulated and its photos were taken by high-speed photography. The spray characteristics of both fuel were compared and analyzed, and the main reasons resulting in the difference of spray characteristic were discussed. The results show that the simulated results are similar to the test results obtained by high-speed photography. The distance of fuel jet penetration and SMD of bio-diesel fuel are greater than that of diesel fuel, while the spray cone angle of bio-diesel fuel is smaller than that of diesel fuel. The main reasons resulting in the difference of spray characteristic are due to different density, viscosity and volatility of both fuel.
