彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块术前诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块术前鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对临床怀疑的166例乳腺肿块,首先应用二维超声进行声像图分析,然后用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)观察肿块内外血流情况,并用脉冲多普勒计算血流参数。全部病例均与术后病理结果对照。结果两组诊断符合率相近,乳腺良恶性肿块声像图像均不同,且血流动力学不同。结论彩色多普勒超声可于术前对乳腺肿块进行良、恶性鉴别诊断,为临床制订手术方案提供重要依据。Objective To investigate the clinical application of color Doppler ultrasonography on distinguishable diagnosis of breast masses before operation. Methods 166 eases with breast masses were analyzed with two dimension ultrasonography. The blood flow was observed with color Doppler flow image and the parameters of blood flow were calculated by pulsation Doppler. The results of ultrusonography were compared with pathology after operation. Results The diagnosis results of ultrasonography was similar to that of pathology. The characters of benign tumor with ultrasonography and hemodynamics was different from that of malignant tumor. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound may distinctly distinguish benign fromd malignant breast masses.
