摘  要:通过7×7的双列杂交试验,分析了玉米4个主要品质性状的杂种优势、亲子相关及优势值间的相关。结果表明,淀粉含量的杂种优势最高,其次是油分含量,而蛋白质和赖氨酸含量则呈现负的杂种优势。各性状不同组合的杂种优势存在着较大变异,蛋白质、赖氨酸及油分含量的亲子相关达显著或极显著,在亲本组配时应注意高值亲本的选择。蛋白质含量的中亲优势与赖氨酸含量的中亲优势呈显著正相关,而蛋白质、赖氨酸含量的中亲优势与淀粉含量的中亲优势呈显著的负相关。赖氨酸、淀粉含量的中亲优势与行粒数的中亲优势分别达正的和负的极显著相关,油分含量的中亲优势与百粒重的中亲优势达正的显著相关。Analysis on 4 main quality characters in adiallel cross with 7 inbred lines. showed that the heterosis of starch was the highest,second by heterosis of oil.The heterosis of protein and lynine was negative value,and the heterosis of all characters had a large raange of variability among crosses.The correlation between parents and their F 2 for protein,lysine and oil was significanct.The high value parents should be selected in breeding program.The correlation between the HP of protein and the HP of lysine was significantly positive,but the correltion between the HP of protein,lysine and the HP of starch was significantly negative.The relation ship between the quality characters and the yield characters was also analysed.
