摘　　要：根据LYH-糊精的实际应用情况,采用正交实验方法分析研究糊精粘结剂的加入量、浓度,物料的混制时间和烘干温度对发热保温冒口套性能的影响,并从中找到一组最优的工艺参数,分析了这些因素对性能的影响规律,这将有助于合理和有效地应用LYH-糊精粘结剂。Based on the practical situation of LYH-dextrin and by adopting orthogonal experiment, the influences of the dextrin agglomerant addition amount, the dextrin concentration, the mixing time and the drying temperature on property of the insulated and exothermic riser sleeve have been investigated and analyzed.The factors and rules of the effects on these properties have been analyzed.As a result, the best process parameters have been found out that will be helpful to reasonable and effective usage of the LYH-dextrin agglomerant.
