摘 要:目的研究甘肃棘豆生物碱部位对S180荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法将接种S180肿瘤后的小鼠随机分为5组,灌胃10d,停药后24h处死动物,称体重,剥除肿瘤称瘤重,同时解剖小鼠,称脾重、胸腺重,计算脾指数、胸腺指数,用MTT法测定脾细胞增殖率。结果甘肃棘豆生物碱部位具有抗肿瘤作用,以中剂量组作用较明显,与阴性对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是与阳性对照组相比,抑瘤效果较弱。该药还可以增加小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数,脾细胞增殖率与对照组相比亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘肃棘豆生物碱部位具有抗肿瘤及免疫增强作用。Objective To study the anti-tumor effects of Oxytropis kansuensis alkaloid fraction on murine ascites sarcoma cell line S180 and research its effect on immunity function at the same time. Methods Chose sisty male KM mice which were health, then all of them were innoculated of S180 cell line. After that, they were divided into 5 groups randomly, on the 11th day, all the mice were sacrificed and weighed, calculated the tumor inhibitory rate,spleen index and thymus index after they were dissected and determined the spleen cell multiplication by MTr assay. Results By comparison of the tumor inhibitory rate ,we saw that Oxytropis kansuensis alkaloid fraction could inhibit tumor, the effect of the mid-dose was more obviously compared with the negative control group(P〈0.05),but was weaker than the positive control group. The drug could also improve the spleen index and thymus index compared with the 2 control group(P〈0.05), the spleen cell multiplication had statistics significance compared with the 2 control groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Oxytropis kansuensis alkaloid fraction can inhibit tumor and improve immunity.
