摘 要:【目的】分析太原市城市中学初中生应对方式特点,探讨其与心理健康的关系。【方法】应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式问卷对859名城市中学初中生进行问卷调查。【结果】初中学生积极应对均分高于消极应对均分。初二年级男生积极应对均分高于初一年级男生,初二、初三年级女生积极应对均分高于初一年级女生,同一年级不同性别间差异不显著;消极应对均分同一性别不同年级间、同一年级不同性别间差异不显著。积极与消极应对方式均对初中生心理健康产生影响,消极应对方式影响更大。【结论】应教育初中学生采用积极应对方式,避免消极应对方式。[Objective] To analyse the characteristics of coping style and explore the relationship between coping style and mental health among Taiyuan urban junior middle school students. [Method] A total number of 859 urban junior middle school students were questioned with Symptom Checklist 90 and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. [Results] The students' average score of positive coping was higher than that of negative coping. For male students, the average score of positive coping of grade 2 was higher than that of grade 1. For female students, the average scores of positive coping of grade 2 and grade 3 were higher than that of grade 1. There was no significant difference between the male and female students' average score of positive coping at the same grade. As for the average score of negative coping, there were no significant difference among the three grades of the same sex and between the male and the female of the same grade. Both the positive and negative coping style might influence the mental health and the negative coping style might have more influence. [Conclusion] The junior middle school students should be educated to use positive coping style instead of negative coping style.
