Suresight手持式自动验光仪在学龄前儿童弱视筛查中应用的探讨

摘　　要：【目的】通过Suresight手持式自动验光仪检测学龄前儿童屈光度的分析,寻找出弱视高危人群和可疑人群,为早期发现儿童弱视提供一种手段。【方法】对本院作健康检查的3-5岁学龄前儿童1 052名,2 070只眼分成3、4、5岁三组进行屈光检查。【结果】获得各年龄组球镜和柱镜值的频数分布、均值、标准差、P25-P75和P5-P95参考值范围;其中各年龄组球镜和柱镜值的频数分布呈正态分布,组间差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。对以球镜值偏离P5-P95,柱镜绝对值偏离P95作为弱视可疑人群的筛查标准的灵敏度及特异度分别为92.3%和76.9%。【结论】各组球镜度数偏离出P25-P75（D）和柱镜绝对值度数偏离出P75（D）者应列为弱视高危人群,球镜度数偏离出P5-P95（D）和柱镜绝对值度数偏离出P95（D）者应列为弱视可疑人群,相应地采取不同的管理措施以达到早期发现弱视的目的,这对儿童眼保健工作有一定的指导意义。[Objective] To analyse the outcome of Suresight hand-held autorefractor in testing for refraction of pre- school children at 3-5 years old and to find a way to screening the high-risk children of amblyopia. [Methods] 1 052 preschool children with 2 070 eyes were examined by Suresight han-held autorefractor. These eyes were divided into three groups：3 years old, 4 years old and 5 years old. [ Results] The frequencies, average, standard deviation and reference ranges of three groups were got reseptively. Sensitivity was 92.3%0 for the detection of amblyopia with specificity values of 76.9% when spherical len deviated from P5 -P95 （D）or cylindrical len exceeded P95 （D）. [Conclusion] This study sug gest that the child with spherical len deviate from P25 -P75 （D）and cylindrical len exceed P75 （D）should be seen as high-risk of amblyopia,the child with spherical len deviate from P5-P95 （D）and cylindrical len exceed P75 （D）should be seen as the suspicious people of amblyopia,so that meet the requirements of early screening amhlyopia.
