摘  要:以6个草莓品种分大、小苗为试材,对其在0℃冷藏条件下的有关生理指标进行了定期测定,以探讨其长期冷藏的生理变化规律及机制,适宜冷藏的草莓苗品种、大小。结果表明:在150d冷藏期间,草莓苗干物质含量呈下降趋势;可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、CAT活性呈先上升后下降,转折点都为冷藏后的60d;硝态氮含量为先上升再下降;POD活性的变化均为上升趋势。宝交早生大苗最适宜冷藏。每个品种都是大苗比小苗更适宜冷藏。Physiological change in cooling storage at 0℃ of six varieties of seeding of strawberry including big and small size were studied for rule and mechanism of physiological change and varieties of seeding of strawberry including big and small size for suited cooling storage.The result indicated that the dry substance of seeding of strawberry decreased totally,the soluble sugar,the starch content and activity of CAT increased primarily then decreased,the turning point was sixty days after cooling storage,the nitrogen of saltpeter form increased primarily then decreased at last,the activity of POD increased all the time,the best variety of seeding of strawberry for cooling storage was big seeding of Hokowase,the big seeding was better than the small seeding for cooling storage.
