京承农业合作案例研究

摘　　要：从市场需要,北京农业的特点、产业结构调整以及京承农业资源互补等角度分析了京承农业合作的动因。回顾了京承农业合作的历程,总结了京承农业合作的特点、成效和经验,提出京承农业合作是破解环京津贫困带问题的一个有效途径,是环渤海地区农业合作的典范。认为京承农业合作已经初步形成了模式,并提出把京承农业合作进一步拓展为"国家支持、市场主导、政府推动、企业主体、社会力量参与、一体化运作、农民受益"模式的建议。The paper studies evolution character and formation law of Agriculture Corporation between Beijing and Chengde from the market need,city agricultural development in Beijing and resources complementary.The paper reviews and summaries on the the course,characteristics,effect and experience of Agriculture corporation case between Beijing and Chengde.the study case shows that Agriculture Corporation between Beijing and Chengde is an effective approach to solve the poverty problem in regions surrounding Beijing and Tianjin and the typical mode of Agriculture Corporation in circum-bohai-sea region.This paper points out the Agriculture Corporation between Beijing and Chengde has been formed a model,and developed to be state policies support,market-driven,government push,enterprise entity,social participation,integrated design and peasantry benefit strategy model.
