摘 要:目的:探索科学、高效的护理绩效管理模式,准确评价护理工作,提高管理效应。方法:根据病人需求及护理专家科学论证确定护理绩效评价标准,以医院信息化网络平台及移动护士工作站为支撑,利用护理综合信息实时采集处理系统,采集、挖掘,获取多因素、多纬度数据,建立基于模糊理论的三层护理绩效综合评价模型。对护理质量、护理效率、护理效益、岗位职责4部分,按医院、科室、个人3个层次集成分析。结果:绩效评价模型的建立使医院、科室、个人随时从网上获取即时信息,了解护理工作指标完成情况,真实客观地反映护理工作负荷、护理工作效率、护理项目开展情况、护理成本与实际收益、病人获得服务的品质。结论:提高了护理管理效应及工作的预测性,创建良好的激励机制,促进护士个人的成长和发展。Objective: To explore the scientific and effective management model for nursing outcomes, thereby to correctly evaluate nursing care and increase management efficiency. Method: Based on patients’ needs and nursing experts’ consultation, the evaluation standards for nursing outcome are developed, which are supported by hos- pital information internet platform and mobile nurse stations. The ambiguous theory- based and three-level nursing outcome comprehensive evaluation model is built through utilizing timely collection and management system for nursing comprehensive information, and collecting, exploring and gaining multiple-factor and multiple domain data. The analysis is commonly undertaken across 4 parts (e.g. quality of nursing care, nursing efficiency, nursing benefice and position responsibility) through 3 levels (e.g. hospital, department and individual level). Results: The development of outcome evalu- ation model is good for hospitals, departments and individuals to get updated information via internet and identity the nursing index on-going status. It also reflects the workload of nurses, nursing efficiency, progress status of nursing projects, nursing cost and actual achievement and the quality of care patient received. Conclusion: It could increase the predict ability for nursing outcome and work itself, build a good stimulating technique, improve individual development and growth, and provide strong base for scientific clinical nursing management.
