斜视矫正手术前后眼压变化

摘　　要：目的观察并分析各种斜视矫正手术后眼压的变化情况,评价可能引起眼压变化的各种因素。方法回顾分析217只斜视矫正术术眼,根据不同的手术方式分为直肌后徙组(112只眼)、部分截除组(73只眼)、直肌后徙+部分截切除组(32只眼),术前、术后3天内、术后7天分别测量术眼眼压,并记录患眼手术前后眼部体征及药物治疗情况。结果直肌后徙术、部分截除术、直肌后徙+部分截除术术后3天内眼压较术前、术后7天高,术后7天眼压与术前眼压差异无统计学意义。结论斜视矫正手术可以引起短期内术眼眼压升高。Objective To investigate change of intraocular pressure （IOP） after strabismus surgeries and to analysis causes of the IOP change. Methods 217 strabismus eyes were divided into 3 groups in accordance with methods of operation： recession group （112 eyes）, resection group （73 eyes） and recession＋resection group （32 eyes）. IOP of these eyes were measured pre-operation, less than 3 days after operation and 7 days after operation. The signs of eyes and medicine treatment before and after operation were recorded. Results During less than 3 days after operation, IOP in three groups was higher than that pre-operation and over 7 days after operation. The IOP in pre-operation and over 7 days after operation have no statistical difference. Conclusions Strabismus surgeries could cause increasing of IOP in short period after operation.
