摘 要:针对制定的电磁制动器试验规范和评价体系,进行车辆电磁制动器计算机辅助测试技术(Computer aided test,CAT)测试系统的结构设计,用调速电动机驱动摩擦盘,模拟不同车速时汽车制动鼓的转动;设计出合适的电磁制动器和电磁体的安装机构,为便于实现测试自动化,采用气动分离机构。基于多功能数据采集卡(Data acquisition,DAQ)和图形化编程语言LabVIEW,提出虚拟仪器测试系统方案,开发出车辆电磁制动器关键性能的计算机辅助测控系统,实现了电磁制动器制动力矩及其关键部件电磁体的电磁吸力、摩擦力等的测试。最后用LabVIEW与SQLServer通信接口的设计,实现了CAT系统与CAD系统的集成和数据共享。该系统经过计量认证和两年的实际运行表明,基于虚拟仪器的电磁制动器性能测试系统能够满足测试需求,测量所得数据能够满足分析的要求。Based on electric brake test specifications and evaluation system, structure of the computer aided test (CAT) system for vehicle electric brake is designed. A speed variable motor driving friction disc is to simulate vehicle brake drum's rotation at different speeds. The installation mechanisms for electric brake and electromagnet are designed respectively. Pneumatic separation equipment is employed to realize automatic test conveniently. Based on the multifunction data acquisition card (DAQ) and graphical programming language LabVIEW, a scheme of vehicle electric brake virtual system is proposed. A CAT system for the electric brake performance is developed. The testing of electric brake torque, magnetic force and friction is realized. Finally based on the communication interface of LabVIEW and SQL Server, the integration and data sharing of the CAT system and the CAD system are realized. The system is verified. And the two years' operation shows that the electric brake performance testing system based on virtual instrument is qualified for the test. The test result is also qualified for the analysis requirement.
