摘　　要：目的:探讨额肌腱膜悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的手术方法及疗效。方法:重度上睑下垂患者32例(43眼)行额肌腱膜悬吊术,术后随访6mo～2a。结果:29例(38眼)获矫正,3例(5眼)基本矫正。术后无暴露性角膜炎发生。结论:额肌腱膜悬吊术操作简单,并发症少,治疗重度上睑下垂疗效可靠。AIM ： To explore the operative frontal aqoneurosis for severe effects. methods of suspension of ptosis and the curative METHODS： A total of 43 eyes of 32 severe ptosises were treated with suspension of frontal aqoneurosis. The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 2 years for observing the effects. RESULTS： Thirty-eight eyes of 29 patients were rectified, 5 eyes of 3 patients were fundamentally rectified. Exposure keratitis didn＇t happen. CONCLUSION. Suspension of frontal aqoneurosis is an easy and effective method for severe ptosis with little complication.
