癌基因c-erbB-2、抗癌基因p53表达与卵巢肿瘤生物学行为的关系

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ、Ｓ－Ｐ法对１０２例卵巢肿瘤进行ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ｐ５３表达的研究。结果显示：１）１０２例卵巢肿瘤ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达阳性率为７０．５％，恶性及交界性肿瘤阳性表达率明显高于良性肿瘤，有统计学差异，其中浆液性囊腺癌阳性率为８１．５％，高于浆液性囊腺瘤的３７．５％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。２）１０２例卵巢肿瘤ｐ５３阳性率为６７．６４％，其中粘液性囊腺癌及交界瘤阳性率分别为７２．７％、７０％，高于粘液性囊腺瘤的４０％，但无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。３）ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ｐ５３在卵巢肿瘤中的表达有协同作用，同时表达占５１．９６％，其中４８例卵巢癌随访其表达率与预后有关。提示ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ｐ５３联合检测有利于卵巢肿瘤的早期诊断和评估预后。Using immunohistochemical ABC and SP technic the cerbB2 and p53 protein were examined in 102 ovarian tumors.The study showed that: 1)cerbB2 was positively stained in 70.5% of the tumors. The expression in malignant and borderline cases were significantly higher than that in benign tumors (P<0.001),and the positive rate　in serous adenocarcinomas was 81.5% which was higher than 37.5%　of cystadenomas (P<0.05). 2) p53 protein was found positive in 67.64% of the　tumors in this series. The positive rate of p53 in　mucinous　cystadenocarcinoma,　borderline tumor and benign mucinous tumor were 72.7%, 70% and 40% respectively;although the positive rate of the 　former two were higher than the latter but without statistic significance (P<0.05). 3) The combined positive rate　of cerbB2 and p53　was closely related with the prognosis in 48 malignant tumors.Therefore, combined　assay　of　cerbB2 and　p53　protein　might　be　hopefully beneficial　for　early diagnosis and useful in evaluating the prognosis of ovarian tumors.
