摘 要:研究通过T739小鼠接种LA795(小鼠肺腺癌)建立癌症恶病质动物模型,并采用康莱特对癌症恶病质鼠进行治疗,观察癌症恶病质鼠治疗后生理状况(体重、摄食量等)的改善及与癌症恶病质发生、发展相关的血清细胞因子如TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6的水平变化。TNF-α血清水平用RIA检测,IL-1及IL-6用ELISA法。结果表明:与生理盐水治疗荷瘤小鼠相比,康莱特能明显阻止癌症恶病质鼠体重下降、增加其摄食量、延长生存期、延缓肿瘤生长、并使部分肿瘤液化、坏死。血清TNF-α和IL-1水平同时也明显下降,实验所见均提示康莱特具有明显的抗癌症恶病质作用。This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Kanglaite (KLT) in the treatment of cancer cachexia by way of animal cancer cachexia model established by inoculating mice T739 with tumor LA795(lung adenocarcinoma). Observations were made on the improvement of physiologial conditions (body weight, food intake etc.) of the cachectic mice following treatment, and also of the continuing changes in levels of serum cytokines such as TNFα,IL1 and IL6, which are considered to correlate with the occurrence and development of cancer cachexia. The serum level of TNFα was assayed by RIA, and those of IL1 and IL6 by ELISA method . The results showed that the administration of KLT to cancer cachectic mice significantly inhibited the loss of body weight, increased food intake, prolonged life span, inhibited tumor growth and in several mice even caused liquefaction and necrosis of tumor. The serum levels of TNFα and IL1 also declined substantially in comparison with the normalsaline treated tumor bearing mice. All the above findings strongly suggested that KLT possesses significant counteractive effect on cancer cachexia.
