三联检查两步报告法在术中病理诊断中的应用

摘　　要：对８０例术中肿瘤标本以直接印片、刮片及超声处理快速石蜡切片三种方法进行诊断，分两步发出病理报告。第一步，细胞学诊断，区分良恶性，５分钟内完成；第二步，组织学诊断，准确分型，３５分钟内完成。结果显示，术中诊断与普通石蜡切片符合率１００％。Eighty tumor samples were diagnosed during surgical operation by means of a socalled triple check including sections made from printing, scraping 　and quick paraffin section treated ultrasonically in addition to reports issued in two steps. At the first step the report was made by cytological diagnosis just for 　purpose of distinguishing benign from malignant in 5 minutes. At the second step, 　the report of histological diagnosis was given in 35 minutes. It was found that the concordance rate by this approach with the conventional paraffin section report　reached 100 percent. 
