摘  要:测定89例癌症患者血清硒(SSe)和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,并与31例健康人进行对照,以探讨SSe与GSH-PX间的相互关系和临床意义。结果示SSe与GSH-PX活性明显低于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05),SSe和GSH-PX呈显著正相关。随着临床分期不同,SSe和GSH-PX活性下降趋于明显,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期明显低于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期(P<0.05);不同部位癌症患者之间SSe和GSH-PX活性均无显著性差异(P>0.5)。Serum selenium (SSe) concentration and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSHPX) activity were measured in 89 cancer patients and 31 healthy individuals as control aiming to study the correlation between SSe and GSHPX activity and their clinical significance.The results showed that SSe level and GSHPX in cancer patients were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively).It was found that SSe was remarkably correlated with GSHPX activity in both groups(r=0.69,P<0.01 and r=0.65,P<0.01).The SSe and GSHPX activity declined along with the escalation of the clinical stage of the tumor,but there was no prominent difference between SSe level and GSHPX activity in patients with different tumor sites.The study suggests that SSe level and GSHPX activity correlate well with the progress of the cancer.
