摘 要:测定89例癌症患者血清硒(SSe)和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,并与31例健康人进行对照,以探讨SSe与GSH-PX间的相互关系和临床意义。结果示SSe与GSH-PX活性明显低于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05),SSe和GSH-PX呈显著正相关。随着临床分期不同,SSe和GSH-PX活性下降趋于明显,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期明显低于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期(P<0.05);不同部位癌症患者之间SSe和GSH-PX活性均无显著性差异(P>0.5)。Serum selenium (SSe) concentration and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSHPX) activity were measured in 89 cancer patients and 31 healthy individuals as control aiming to study the correlation between SSe and GSHPX activity and their clinical significance.The results showed that SSe level and GSHPX in cancer patients were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively).It was found that SSe was remarkably correlated with GSHPX activity in both groups(r=0.69,P<0.01 and r=0.65,P<0.01).The SSe and GSHPX activity declined along with the escalation of the clinical stage of the tumor,but there was no prominent difference between SSe level and GSHPX activity in patients with different tumor sites.The study suggests that SSe level and GSHPX activity correlate well with the progress of the cancer.
