摘 要:[目的]通过用两种烤瓷冠修复后,对实验牙颊侧的菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟内出血指数(SBI)以及龈沟液(GCF)中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)水平的测定来比较两种烤瓷冠对牙周组织的影响。[方法]用手动洁治器对4只当地犬行全口龈上洁治、龈下刮治。2周后备牙对40颗犬牙行镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复。一组为无处理的镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复,另一组为镍铬合金镀金烤瓷修复。分别在备牙前、戴牙后1、3个月,记录实验牙的颊侧SBI、PLI并检测龈沟液中AST的水平。[结果]烤瓷冠粘固1个月后,普通镍铬合金烤瓷修复的牙位颊侧的PLI、SBI、龈沟液中AST水平与备牙前比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。镀金烤瓷修复的患牙的各项指标与备牙前及另一组比较也均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。3个月后普通镍铬合金烤瓷修复的牙位颊侧PLI、SBI没有明显改变,龈沟液中AST的水平升高,与备牙前及镀金组比较均有显著性意义(P<0.05);镀金组与备牙前比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。[结论]镍铬合金烤瓷修复体金属表面镀金处理,对牙周组织刺激小,但其远期效果还需进一步观察。[ Objective] To investigate the effect of two different PFM on periodontal tissue by means of measuring SBI,PLI and the amount level of AST in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) after PFM restoration. [ Methods] Four dogs were utilized in this study. Two weeks after commenceing oral hygiene procedures through supragingival scaling and subgingival scaling, forty dogteeth were prepared for receiving Ni - Cr metal ceramic crown. The restoration of group one had no treatment while those in group two were treated with gold - plating technique in the base metal alloy. Clinical parameters were recorded on all test teeth immediately before tooth preparation and after 1 month,3 months of cementation of PFM crowns. Clinical parameters included PLI, SBI and the level of AST in GCF . [ Results ] Compared to pre - restoration, all indexes have no conspicuous difference among two groups after 1 month. Ni -Cr metal ceramic crown group have no difference with gold -plating technique group too. Ni - Cr metal ceramic crown group has conspicuous difference with gold - plating technique group and pre - restoration respectively, especially the level of ALP. However, gold - plating technique group have no difference with pre - restoration after 3 months. [ Conclusion] The gold - plating technique is plating the gold on the surface of Ni - Cr porcelain restoration to prevent corrode. This technique has the advantages of no harmful to gingival , good effection. But it still need to be observed further.
